Monteneubel

Slope direction: south-east

The Monteneubel (new mountain) is the oldest vineyard site in Enkirch.  The first documentary indication of this particular vineyard was in 1295.

Dominated by red slate like the Steffensberg, however, the Monteneubel is a much cooler location.

The location consists of several parcels, one was planted in 2015. The other vines are from the 90s.

The ideal range for Kabinett wines.
